The first step in creating a Virtual Property is to register. After you've registered just follow the directions below to create a Virtual Property:

  • 1-button Download Virtual Property Architect™
    If you haven't already, download the Virtual Property Architect™ and install it. In just a few minutes, you'll have access to the cutting edge in landscape design software.
  • 2-button Launch Virtual Property Architect™
    Once you've installed the the software, double-click the Virtual Property Architect™icon in your start menu or on your desktop to get started.
  • 3-button Design and Share a Virtual Property
    Now the fun begins! Recreate an existing property or design a completely new landscape. When you're done, save and upload the Virtual Property so that you can share your vision with clients using screen shots, movies, photos and plans.
